Departments

The Vice-President, Planning and Administration unit is comprised on the following departments:

Campus Services

The Campus Services division provides valuable and integrated services to enhance the campus experience of our students and focuses on creating a vibrant university community.  The division encompasses: University Bookstore, Catering Services, Conference Services, Food Services,  Student Health Services and the UWinCard.

Facility Services

Facility Services is comprised of the following areas: Facility Planning/Design and Construction, Maintenance Services, Energy Conversion Centre, Environmental Services (Custodial and Grounds Division), Space Management, Distribution Services, and the Document Imaging Centre.

Finance

The Finance department is responsible for the following areas: Budgets, Payroll, Procurement, Research Accounting, Cashiers, and the Financial Information Systems.  Finance is also leading the budget realignment process at the University of Windsor.

Institutional Analysis

Institutional Analysis supports and assists senior management in planning, policy formulation, enrollment management and decision making.  In addition, Institutional Analysis serves as a primary contact with government agencies, both federal and provincial, with respect to university information and general policy.

Institutional Planning

The Office of Institutional Planning monitors enrolment and revenue opportunities, provides institutional data to assist Faculties and other areas with their planning efforts, assesses new evidence-based resource allocation processes that can better respond to needs and opportunities across the campus, and supports planning initiatives across the campus.
