Reported Outcome: The addition of a Research Systems and Metrics Coordinator to the Office of Services (ORIS) has meant increased support for the campus community and has enabled more effective monitoring of research metrics, contracts and grant submissions. Additionally, this position has facilitated greater coordination with Office of Institutional Analysis and the Library, which has enabled the University to utilize the institutional bibliometric tools more effectively measure the broad range of research activities and dissemination activities more effectively.
