Degree Audit (DARS)

Accessing Your DARS

DARS is run by signing into SIS then selecting the "Check Progress Towards Your Degree" option, which will evaluate your current program of study. You can also select the "Check Effect of Changing Your Major" option to run DARS for a different program of study that you are thinking of transferring into.

  • Will I have enough credits to graduate?
  • Will my courses from another college or faculty show up on my record and count as credit for my Engineering Degree?
  • How many credits do I need to move into the next semester?
  • WHO CAN EXPLAIN THIS TO ME?

Look no further - it’s not as frustrating as it may appear. The DARS is a Degree Audit Record System and part of your SIS (Student Information System) that evaluates your progress towards fulfilling the graduation requirements for your program of study.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of DARS, please note that

DARS IS AN ADVISORY TOOL ONLY!

The Office of the Registrar created two PDF files to help explain DARS further

  1. a PDF to explain DARS in more detail
