Student Counselling Centre

A group of people standing behind one student

The Student Counselling Centre provides short-term and crisis counselling for students.

Common concerns that students have include adjusting to University, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, family difficulties and cultural issues.

If these or other personal concerns are affecting your life, please contact us. Our counsellors can help you explore coping resources and ways to enhance you’re functioning.  If necessary we can also facilitate a referral to other campus services or community agencies.

In Addition, the Student Counselling Centre offers groups, consultation services and conducts psycho educational assessments as required (usually upon referral from the Student Disability Service office).

OTHER IMPORTANT SERVICES ON CAMPUS

Student Health Services

Is a medical practice where the doctors see only students of the University of Windsor. The clinic can take care of all your health care needs, just like your own family doctor.  In the Faculty of Engineering it is required that you use the following medical form for any missed assignments, mid-terms or final examinations in any of your courses.

Campus Ministry Information

Through a commitment to work cooperatively, the University of Windsor Interfaith Campus Ministry Association endeavours to assist the University Community: students, faculty, staff, alumni, and families, in achieving spiritual development, religious growth, and personal maturity within a University environment. This is done while respecting the integrity of different religious/faith traditions as well as those who profess no religion.
