To ensure your smooth transition to our university, please review the following list of New Student Responsibilities. By checking off the responsibilities on the list you are more likely to be successful at accomplishing your goals to pursue and obtain your degree.

          Attend the mandatory New Student Orientation.

• Use your UWindsor email address for all correspondence.
• Obtain an UWindsor ID Card from the UWinCard Office located in room B104, Lower Level CAW Student Centre. Please see the UWinCard website for more information.
• Learn your student ID#, which is assigned when your application process is completed. Your Student ID# will appear on all correspondence from both the Engineering Faculty and the Registrar’s Office.
• Review your course syllabus and outlines given to you during your first week of classes and note any conflicts with exams and advise the professor and Registrar’s Office immediately.
• Take advantage of the tutorials and Undergraduate Student Advisors session to help you (IT’S FREE!!) visit the WINONE Office for more details.
• Be prepared for all of your classes with text and writing materials.
• Eat healthy, stay healthy, be healthy!
• Read the Student Code of Conduct and abide by it!
• Pay your tuition on time to avoid late penalty fees.
