Women's Studies at UWindsor...

... is intellectually stimulating, personally fulfilling, and more practical than you might think.
The breadth and depth of the University of Windsor’s Women’s Studies program will amaze you. Our goal is to help you “find your voice,” to learn about the world, and communicate what you know to others. We want you to act on what you learn and to define your own direction.

Women’s Studies looks beyond the obvious. You learn to investigate how society and culture work, so that you can understand yourself in relation to others who are similar to and different from you. You explore how gender and other systems like race, sexuality, and social class work in all aspects of your life – from the music you listen to, the television you watch, to your interpersonal relationships.
