Stefan Adjetey enjoys a flexible, dynamic, and consequential role within the public education system. As Teacher Consultant, Re-engagement and Alternative Education for the Greater Essex County District School Board, Stefan works with students, teachers, and administration to improve futures by developing resources, delivering workshops, and providing direct guidance. Stefan’s two UWindsor degrees inform his nuanced understanding of the complex motivations of young people in our community, allowing him to connect meaningfully with disengaged students. Inside the classroom, Stefan’s work teaching African studies at W.F. Herman Secondary School was featured on the CBC’s Being Black in Canada.
