With that in mind, we are delighted to announce that we will be co-hosting a virtual Webchat on the topic of First Time Home Buyer, facilitated by TD Bank experts. This webchat will help provide additional financial insights key to individuals considering buying their first home, including questions to ask, affordability, how a mortgage works and the process. Featuring TD guest speakers
Cole Nelson - Financial Advisor
My name is Cole Nelson and I have worked at TD for over 7 years. My passion is to provide elevated financial advice to my clients and strive to always provide the most efficient, comfortable banking experience for all transactions. I am very familiar with complex real estate secured lending and have had plenty of exposure to volatile markets. At home, I am married and have two giant fur babies who consume a lot of my time with walks and baths. Catch me at the Riverfront! I bought my first house a few years back and have recently sold that home to purchase something bigger for my growing family. I am excited to discuss financial literacy with you and look forward to our upcoming webinar.
Tiffany Shepley - Financial Advisor
My name is Tiffany Shepley and I am a Financial Advisor at TD Canada Trust. I attended the University of Windsor where I took Human Kinetics/Kinesiology – Movement Science. While studying at the University I began working part time at TD Canada Trust as a Customer Service Representative. While completing my studies, I realized that I had a passion for the Financial Industry. Today, with 13 years of experience I specialize in helping customers set their financial goals and create a plan to achieve them. This means creating a balance between investing and borrowing to help customers grow their net worth to buy their dream home, travel, retire and so much more. Outside of work I am happiest when I am with my husband and my two boys spending time together engaging in outdoor adventures. Work life balance is of utmost importance. In order to achieve this balance, I have made it top priority to review and manage my finances to ensure I can enjoy what is most important to me. I am more than happy to take this opportunity to educate and answer questions.
