Modified Operations due to COVID-19
The Chemical Control Centre is here to provide support for research while the University of Windsor is operating on an essential services model. We have changed our operations to fit the current model and to practice social distancing.
We are available Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm through phone and email to answer questions and to accept requests. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 519-253-3000 x3523 to leave a voicemail.
One of our staff will be on site at the CCC in Essex Hall B37 on Wednesdays 8:30am-4:30pm for:
- Scheduled item pickups
- Preparation of prearranged orders
- Liquid nitrogen fills
We are operating on a contactless pickup system so you can pickup your packages without speaking with a member of the CCC. If you require anything from the CCC, please email us ahead of time so our staff can get it ready for you on Wednesday. Please be aware that we may reach out to Department Heads to verify that your research is essential before we process your order.

The Chemical Control Centre is open from Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:30pm.
There will be staff on site on Wednesdays 8:30am-4:30pm.
