Giveaway introduces students to FAHSS App

Free hot chocolate, cookies, and swag distributed to students entering the Leddy Library Wednesday, December 6, helped to introduce them to a new service from the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences — an app created just for FAHSS students.

Learning specialist Phebe Lam and advising initiatives coordinator Tony Vo were on hand to speak with students about the features in the app, an alternative way to seek information, resources, and help online.

The UWindsor FAHSS App houses Open Office Hour videos that address common students’ concerns; the Live Chat with the Learning Specialist, where students can talk to Dr. Lam online; Humans of FAHSS, which highlights the stories of amazing FAHSS students; and much more.

The FAHSS App is free to download; find it on the app store on your iPhone or Android device.
