Tips for seeing your way to ocular respite

When working in front of a computer, it is important to provide your eyes with some rest, says a message shared by the Department of Human Resources with UWindsor faculty and staff.

Use the 20-20-20 rule, it says in a tip provided by Ergonow Incorporated: every 20 minutes look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
