The campus campaign for United Way has announced a pass entitling employees to participate in its casual dress Thursdays from September through December for just a $20 donation.

Each contribution to the local charity supports services for children and youth, individuals and families, persons with disabilities and seniors in Windsor-Essex, and qualifies for a tax receipt.

The University has approved casual dress days every Thursday through 2013. Individuals can purchase a sticker each week from their canvasser for a $2 donation to the United Way—with 16 weeks left in the school year, the pass represents a savings of almost half the cost, plus a tax deduction.

The passes are available for purchase from Lynn McLeod in distribution services, 519-253-3000, ext. 2017, or Pat Roberts in facility services at ext. 2158.
