The University Players production of Anton Chekhov’s haunting Three Sisters premiered Thursday at Essex Hall Theatre.
Adapted from the Russian by Canadian playwright Nicolas Billon, this classic family drama is a testament to the strength of the human spirit. The production runs this weekend and next, with performances Wednesday through Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m.
