Campus closure to mark Thanksgiving holiday

Thanksgiving Day — Monday, October 9 — is a statutory holiday. There are no classes and all UWindsor offices, including the Leddy and law libraries, will close for the day.

Food Services has issued revised hours of operation for the weekend and Fall Reading Week.

The Crocodile Grill in Vanier Hall will serve breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday and Sunday, October 7 and 8, and from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, October 9. It will open in the evenings from 5 to 9 p.m. each day.

From Tuesday to Friday, October 10 to 13, the Croc will serve breakfast from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. The Marketplace in the CAW Student Centre will open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with its Pizza Pizza station serving from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Chef to You from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Marketplace will open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Pizza Pizza from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, October 14 and 15. The Croc will operate from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days, from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 5 to 11 p.m. Sunday.
