UWindsor student government and administration commit to mutual support

A historic agreement between the University of Windsor and its largest student government keeps students “at the heart of what we do,” says Jeremiah Bowers, president of the University of Windsor Students’ Alliance.

The Memorandum of Understanding signed June 6 addresses issues of accountability, financial relations, and trust, and outlines a process to resolve disputes.

“The UWSA and University are progressively working towards the enhancement of our students and their experience on campus,” Bowers says. “This memorandum addresses conflict through dialogue, and is based on the values of co-operation, respect, and understanding.”
