Three Lancer teams will begin post-season play Wednesday, March 9.

The women’s hockey team will face off against the Western Mustangs at the Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex. Windsor closed out the regular season with back-to-back victories over Western to finish fourth in the division. The puck will drop at 7:30 p.m.

Men’s volleyball will host the Waterloo Warriors for a first-round match at the Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse. The squad secured fourth place with a victory against Guelph in its final regular-season contest Sunday. The teams will take to the court at 7 p.m.

Tickets for both games are available at goLancers.ca/tickets. They cost $3 for UWindsor students, $5 for seniors and youth, and $8 for general admission.

Three straight wins earned a playoff berth for women’s volleyball. The team will take on the Warriors in Waterloo in Wednesday’s only away competition. Game time is 6 p.m.
