Law student project to prepare wills

Law student members of the Windsor chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada will, under the advisement of a lawyer, help prepare wills for people in need.

Students in need of a will or who know someone in need of a will making less than $25,000 annually with personal assets worth less than $65,000 are invited to inquire at PBSC@uwindsor.ca.

“We will confirm you qualify and then do our best to help you obtain a will,” says law student Sarafina Guthrie, one of the project’s co-ordinators. “If you are eligible, we will add you to our waitlist. It’s first come, first served.”
