Human rights and social justice frameworks subject of psychology colloquium

A colloquium Thursday, Nov. 10, will explore “Applying Human Rights and Social Justice Frameworks in Psychology.”

Presenter Ada L. Sinacore is an associate professor in the counselling psychology program in the Faculty of Education at McGill University and director of the Social Justice and Diversity Research Lab.

Dr. Sinacore is the past-president of the Canadian Psychological Association, sits on the board of the International Council of Psychologists, is a member of the advisory council of the Global Network of Psychologists for Human Rights, and is co-chair for Psychology Day at the United Nations.
