The two short-listed candidates for executive director of Information Technology Services outlined their visions of its priorities, challenges, and opportunities last week, and the search committee to fill the position invite comment from the campus community.

Video recordings of the presentations by Ryan Kenney and Anna Kirby are available for viewing on the search website, along with their curricula vitae. The page is password-protected and can be accessed only with a UWin ID and password.

Newly established annual IT Services Awards initiative recognizes efforts of IT staff members and supporters.

Lucky staffers celebrating United Way donation

Several UWindsor employees are extra-happy to have contributed to the campus campaign for United Way, after winning prizes in a draw reserved for donors.

Sport therapist David Stoute received one year’s free on-campus parking, and Ryan Kenney of finance as well as the Leddy Library’s Kirsti Stipanicic and Michael Houlahan each won an extra vacation day.

The 2011 campus effort raised $112,000 for the United Way.
