The Ontario Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution section has announced it will present its Award of Excellence to retired superior court justice Mary Jo Nolan (LLB 1981, LLD h.c. 2018) during a virtual ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 25.

Since retiring from the bench in 2014, Dr. Nolan has provided mediation and arbitration services in family, estate, and civil matters through southwestern Ontario. She has held adjunct positions at Windsor Law and has been a facilitator in its problem-based learning program since its inception.
