Teacher candidates to exhibit English assignments around the clock

What type of work is produced by today’s high school English students?

Teacher candidates from the Faculty of Education will display projects for their students from local classrooms in a 24-hour exhibition, from noon Friday to noon Saturday, in the CAW Student Centre.

The projects deal with studies of 35 different novels, says education professor Kara Smith.

“They demonstrate how today’s student writers must link their work to that of the world,” she says. “Come see what contemporary students of English are involved in creating!”

The exhibit is open to viewing by the public.
