Library staffer stacks up winning answers

Danielle Stiller, a desk and stack clerk in the Paul Martin Law Library, won this week’s DailyNews quiz contest and its fabulous prize of a beautiful UWindsor polo shirt.

Stiller’s entry was drawn from all those which correctly identified Carol Morey as a founder of the music department, Ultimatum as Richard Rohmer’s best-selling debut novel, the Lancerettes as the former name for women’s varsity sports teams, Brian Fryer as the inaugural executive dean of engineering and science, and the 100,000th UWindsor graduate as a highlight of its 2011 spring convocation celebration.

DailyNews ran a contest at the start of each week during the University of Windsor’s 50th anniversary year, offering a prize donated by the University Bookstore. This week’s prize, a beautiful 100 percent cotton polo shirt with the University’s logo embroidered on the breast, is available for purchase from the Bookstore kiosk in the CAW Student Centre at a cost of just $24.95.
