Now entering its second month since activation, the team behind UWinsite Finance is providing some updates and points of note to the campus community.

Taskforce

Assistance with the transition to the University’s new financial information system is available through the UWinsite Finance Support Taskforce.

The taskforce is hosting regular drop-in centres during the month of March:

• Tuesdays — Room 3105, Lambton Tower, 9 a.m. to noon;
• Wednesdays — Room 2101, Chrysler Hall North, 9 a.m. to noon;
• Thursdays — Conference Room B, CAW Student Centre, 1 to 4 p.m.

In addition, one-on-one or small group sessions with a taskforce member can be requested by submitting a support ticket. The taskforce help line remains operational as well. It can be reached weekdays at 519-253-3000, ext. 5385.

Reports

Financial reports will be issued to the campus during the week of March 12. The UWinsite Finance team has been working with its implementation partner to ensure the reports are clear, concise and accurate. It will schedule drop-in sessions to provide support to those reviewing reports for the first time
