Communications officer appointed in Office of the President

Rachelle Prince (BA 2013) has joined the Office of the President as its new communications officer.

In this role, she will be developing communications for key priorities in the president’s office, and co-ordinating communications planning and strategy for the offices of the President, the Provost, and the Vice-President, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in many of the areas where the portfolios of these offices overlap.

Prince, who holds an MA from Wayne State University as well as her UWindsor undergraduate degree, both in communications, came to the post from the Faculty of Law, where she had been serving as its communications and marketing co-ordinator. She is this year’s recipient of the University’s Service Excellence Award in the category of the first five years of employment.
