The Lancer Centre currently under construction on the south campus will boast three new multipurpose rooms that will provide space for community programming and social opportunities, says Vincent Georgie, UWindsor acting associate vice-president, external.
He describes some of the possibilities in a video update of the project’s progress published today.
“These spaces will be very, very popular and well-used,” Dr. Georgie says. “We’ll be working with Lancer Recreation on offering all sorts of community programming: fitness, yoga, dance, spin classes … for students and the broader community.”
