Food services worker remembered as a pleasant presence

Denise Brockmann, a cafeteria cashier who died January 15, is remembered as someone good to work with, says Mark Bagley, manager of satellite operations.

“She was a good worker and very, very pleasant to be around,” he said. “She will be missed by her friends and co-workers here. Our condolences from all food services staff go out to her family.”

Brockmann first joined the staff of Food Services in 1989. Campus flags will be lowered in her memory on Friday, January 20, when funeral services are planned. Find details in her obituary.
