The Winclare A room in Vanier Hall invites you to bring someone special or dine as a group for its Valentine’s Day Gala Buffet on Tuesday, February 14, 5 to 7 p.m.

Menu highlights include:

• Carved roast sirloin of beef;
• Savory roast chicken;
• Sliced ham;
• Scalloped potatoes;
• Vegetable lasagna;
• Assorted cold salads; and
• a deluxe dessert table with a chocolate dipping station.

The price is $18 cash or $9 on a meal plan and includes fountain pop and fruit punch. Please note: Café Chez Vanier will be closed for dinner Tuesday.

Marketplace plans surf and turf Valentine’s menu

The Marketplace food court’s Homestyle station promises an upscale experience for dinner and lunch Tuesday. It will serve:

• Surf and Turf – a grilled 6 oz. sirloin strip steak and garlic shrimp brochette, served with truffled woodland mushroom sauce and side for $9.99;
• Hickory smoked barbecue chicken breast bone-in and ribs with side for $8.99; and
• Cheese-filled ravioli with squash and mascarpone baby arugula for $7.99.

 The Marketplace is located in the CAW Student Centre.
