Lunchtime lecture to offer look at dementia

A presentation on Monday, February 27, will explore the cognitive deficits experienced with dementia.

In “Understanding Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Part 2,” Rosemary Fiss will challenge participants to consider the changes they will make in their practices to provide opportunities for success for the person with dementia.

Fiss is the manager of education and support programs at the Alzheimer Society of Windsor & Essex County. Her presentation is set for noon to 1 p.m. in room 203, Toldo Health Education Centre.
