Campus Catholics to represent faith Wednesday

Catholic students who will answer questions about their faith today in the CAW Student Centre aren’t there to debate, says Andrea Dula, Campus Ministry program coordinator for Assumption University.

Volunteers will staff an “Ask a Catholic” table in the Commons area February 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dula calls it an opportunity to build relationships.

“Let's be real, we don’t know all the answers,” she says. “But it gives our students a chance to encounter questions about their faith that maybe they have not yet considered. It gives them an opportunity to strengthen their own faith and reaffirm their beliefs.”

The event represents the UWindsor contribution to Catholic Students Week, sponsored by the Canadian Catholic Students’ Association and Canadian Catholic Campus Ministry with the support of the Canadian Catholic Conference of Bishops.
