In the last federal election, nearly two out of every three young people did not vote, says the Council of Canadians.
The non-profit organization has issued a five-step guide on how to cast a ballot on October 19:
- Decide which riding to vote in.
- Register online.
- Get the right ID.
- Find out where to vote.
