Presentation to promote sustainable approach to economic development

Everyone has the potential to innovate, says Kakoli Mitra, but that ability is dampened in many individuals, communities, and organizations.

Founder of the Śramani Institute, she will discuss its approach to promoting sustainable economic growth in a free public presentation Friday at the Odette School of Business.

Dr. Mitra, an attorney specializing in intellectual property law, will introduce Augmenting Vigor of Innovation through Structural Harmonization (AVISH) in her lecture, entitled “AVISH: An Integrated Approach to Increasing Vigor of Innovation for Sustainable Economic Growth and Human-Ecological Health.”
