Do you know an individual who deserves recognition? The Employee Recognition Committee encourages members of the campus community to nominate individuals for the Excellence in Leadership Award.

The Excellence in Leadership Award has been designed to recognize excellence in leadership involving people, events, programs, projects or teams. To be considered for the award, an individual must:

• Be an excellent role model;
• Inspire others to work collaboratively and creatively;
• Take initiative; and
• Promote a work environment that is respectful, collegial and supportive, and foster pride in UWindsor.

The Excellence in Leadership Award is part of the Employee Recognition Awards Program which is co-ordinated by the Department of Human Resources. Other awards open for nominations include: Service Excellence Awards, Impact Award, “U” Make A Difference Award, UWindsor Spirit Award and Excellence in Health and Safety Award.
