Address updates to ensure tax slip delivery

Human Resources advises UWindsor faculty, staff and student employees to update their mailing addresses to ensure they receive their T4 slips for the 2016 tax year.

The myUWinfo portal contains each individual’s records; login at http://myuwinfo.uwindsor.ca to confirm it is up-to-date or make any changes by February 15.

Human Resources will also e-mail a request from the hrprod@uwindsor.ca mailbox; the notice is a bona fide e-mail and is being sent to confirm that the University has an accurate mailing address on record. Directions for making address changes will be contained within the e-mail.
