Concept of consent subject of education campaign

An education campaign this week aims at helping students understand and appreciate the concept of consent.

Students from the Sexual Misconduct Response and Prevention Office are making buttons bearing the slogan “Keep it Consensual;” pick up one in the CAW Student Centre Commons on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Want to help spread the word? A contest this week offers a prize of a $50 Campus Bookstore gift card for the student best able to use a sponsored UWindsor Hallowe’en “Keep it Consensual” filter on Snapchat.

To enter, e-mail a screenshot of your best snap (photo only) using the filter to socialmedia@uwindsor.ca by midnight October 28.

Judges will rate entries based on creativity and relevance to the theme. For additional points, include a screen shot of the views your snap received.
