Provost’s monthly conversation series to drop in on new engineering counselling office

This Friday, January 26, provost Douglas Kneale will host his first Ask Me Anything event of 2018.

Beginning at 10 a.m., Dr. Kneale invites students, faculty, and staff from the entire campus community to the new engineering student counselling office in Room 3004, Centre for Engineering Innovation. He will be taking questions on a drop-in basis, and clinical therapist Giselle St. Louis will also be on hand to acquaint visitors with the new space and the services offered there by the Student Counselling Centre.

After 10:30 a.m., the discussion will migrate to the building’s West Atrium, immediately inside the front doors and in the warm glow of the Tim Hortons. Ask Me Anything runs until noon. Kneale will happily take questions from all comers; no appointments are required. What’s more, there will be plenty of free cookies!

The event, held at various campus locations over the course of the year, is an opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to share ideas, suggestions, success stories, or challenges with the University’s provost one-on-one.
