Organizers of UWindsor Welcome Week remind faculty to register the Academic Program Orientations they are planning for Wednesday, September 5, to have them included in the promotional materials that will be distributed to incoming students in August and September.

The Student Success and Leadership Centre has already reserved many of the campus spaces that departments traditionally book for their sessions, and will assign them on completion of the online proposal form. Register an academic program orientation here.

Program orientation event proposal forms must be submitted no later than Friday, July 20.

Individuals and organizations interested in offering social orientation programming after classes begin September 6 must submit an event proposal for consideration by the committee. Find the online proposal form here. The deadline to submit this form is Friday, June 29.
