Correct mailing address necessary for tax slip issuance

With preparation of T4 slips for the 2018 tax year underway, Human Resources alerts all faculty, staff, and students employed on campus to ensure their mailing addresses are current and accurate on the myUWinfo site.

The myUWinfo tool is the gateway to individual Human Resources information, allowing employees to change records of their addresses as well as emergency contact listings. Take a moment to log in to myUWinfo to confirm that the information correctly reflects your current address.

Users may update their own files through the site. Note: Address changes should be completed by February 10 to ensure the correct address on 2018 tax forms.
