Report details community impact of United Way

Poverty, mental illness, and social isolation are hurting local communities, but the United Way and its supporters are working to improving outcomes for those most affected.

Its 2018/19 Impact Report details how its programs are benefiting people across Windsor and Essex County, changing lives and helping to reduce poverty. The report also has information about the 10-year vision for its new strategic direction.

CEO Lorraine Goddard praises donors for their support, which she labels “local love.”

“Our impact is your impact,” she writes in a message to the charity’s contributors. “The work we do is simply not possible without your generosity.”
