Group discounts available for summit on online learning

Two members of the UWindsor faculty will be among the presenters at a conference on teaching and learning in the digital age, Oct. 8 to 10 in Toronto.

Online Learning 2019 will offer more than 100 sessions on current and emerging developments, issues, and opportunities.

Linda Patrick, dean of the Faculty of Nursing, is part of the team delivering “Online Tutors to Support IEN Education” as part of a session entitled Improving Access and Supporting Students.

Nobuko Fujita, learning specialist in the Office of Open Learning, will present “Investigating student engagement in flipped blended and online course designs” during the session How Flipped and Blended Learning is Changing Higher Education.

Delegates from the University of Windsor may also attend the concurrent annual conference of the Institute for Performance and Learning in the same venue.
