Worries can be made worse if we are not taking care of ourselves, says a message shared by the Department of Human Resources with UWindsor faculty and staff.
Do the things you would typically do to support your health, it says in a tip provided by the Windsor-Essex County Branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association:
- lean on social supports,
- try to get enough sleep,
- eat healthily, exercise, and
- engage in enjoyable activities.
