How you eat is as important as what you eat, says a message shared by the Department of Human Resources with UWindsor faculty and staff Monday.

In a tip provided by dietitian Sara Perissinotti of the Windsor Essex Community Health Centre, it warns that multitasking while eating can result in ignoring hunger cues, which may lead to overeating.
