Wellness newsletter touts benefits of gardening

With spring weather warming up, it’s starting to feel like time to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. The March 2021 edition of Workplace Wellness E-Digest, published by the Department of Human Resources’ Office of Employee Engagement and Development, suggests gardening as an outdoor activity consistent with social distancing.

“Gardening can help you practise gratitude as well as connect with others and nature,” the publication claims.
