Organizers of the Involvement Fair, part of online activities planned for the Sept. 8 Welcoming Day, have extended the deadline for campus partners to sign up to participate.

The event will run noon to 1 p.m. via the VFairs platform and provides a chance for student groups and campus services to promote themselves to incoming first-year students.

Partnering organizations will have access to a virtual booth and a chatroom to talk to visitors and make materials accessible to all registrants utilizing the platform.

Register by 3 p.m. Aug. 16 by completing this form with:

• A 150- to 200-word description of your club or service;
• Resources for distribution, and links to any websites to share;
• Names, titles, and email addresses for representatives who will staff your booth.
