Judges of the Why Humanities? competition, which challenges UWindsor students to extol the value of these disciplines, will announce a winner during a celebration Friday to close Humanities Week.

And a trivia contest will ask players to come up with the who, what, when, and where of the humanities in a bid to win one of three $25 gift cards to either the Campus Bookstore or Starbucks.

The action starts at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 29 on Microsoft Teams; register here to attend.

The event will mark the conclusion of a week of activities exploring the study of society and culture.
