Employee engagement survey extended until Wednesday

The University of Windsor has extended the deadline to participate in its first-ever Employee Engagement Survey until Wednesday, March 30.

Faculty and staff who haven’t yet had an opportunity to respond will receive an e-mail today from provider TalentMap announcing the extension and including a unique link to complete the survey.

The survey provides employees an opportunity to share their experiences working at the University of Windsor, and has an added benefit — for each response, the Office of the President will make a donation to the student food bank.

As of Friday, that amount had reached $1,562, says Marcela Ciampa, director of organizational development and training.

“We would like to thank faculty and staff who completed the survey, the survey ambassadors, advisory committee members, and the many colleagues who helped to get the word out over the last two weeks,” she says.

The final response rate and contribution to the food bank will be posted on the survey website after the new closing date.

Feedback is confidential; the University will receive only aggregate results. More details about the survey, including data privacy and security, can be found at www.uwindsor.ca/engagementsurvey.
