Williams and teammate Jessica Clemençon were named tournament all-stars; Clemençon also was selected as a second-team all-Canadian.

The CIS named Miah-Marie Langlois its defensive player of the year at its pre-tournament banquet Thursday. The fourth-year guard won the same award last year.

Coach Chantal Vallée called Langlois a force at both ends of the court: “She always responds with eagerness to get the job done, from stopping the opponent’s best player to running the team at the point.”
