Following four days of collective bargaining, the University of Windsor has reached a tentative agreement with Local 4580 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, representing 1,233 graduate and teaching assistants.

The deal was reached in the early morning hours of February 12. Both parties will hold ratification votes later this month.
