The U Club will tantalize diners with the introduction of a salad bar today — Monday, Nov. 1.

Patrons will choose from a variety of fresh ingredients to suit their own individual tastes at a cost of $7.95.

“We’re always looking for new ways to serve our clients,” says executive chef Paolo Vasapolli. “The salad will offer fresh greens and vegetables, toppings, and dressings. Something for everyone!”

Located on the ground floor of Vanier Hall, the U Club is open:

• 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
• 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

The salad bar will be available for lunch and dinner service.
