Applications are now open for a program helping to develop the skills to leverage intellectual property in business and projects.

The Entrepreneurship Practice and Innovation Centre (EPICentre) has secured funding from FedDev Ontario for a five-week course to train the next generation of Chief Technology Officers — executive-level positions especially important in innovation-driven companies and industries.

The NextGen CTO Program is open to students from all faculties, business owners, and entrepreneurs. It combines an on-demand online course and weekly virtual meetings with expert speakers and panellists.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive micro-credential badges to validate their skills and accomplishments on their resumes, LinkedIn, and business webpages.
