Ambassadors sought to promote employee engagement survey

On March 14, the University of Windsor will launch its first Employee Engagement Survey.

The survey provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to share their thoughts about their experiences working at the University. It will help to identify strengths and opportunities to create the conditions in the work environment that allows everyone to do their best, feel valued, supported, and included. Participation in the survey is an opportunity for faculty and staff to help shape the workplace.

“Employee Engagement Survey Ambassadors are going to be key to enhance communication about the survey and encourage participation at the faculty-department level,” says Marcela Ciampa, director of organizational development and training. “We are looking for faculty and staff who can act as a point person within their departments to share information about the survey with colleagues, encourage survey completion, and bring forward any questions or concerns.”

Individuals interested in becoming an Employee Engagement Survey Ambassador are encouraged to visit the survey website at www.uwindsor.ca/engagementsurvey to learn more about the survey and the Ambassador role, and to complete the online sign-up form.
